RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

According to Article 64 or law no. 206/2005 for consumer rights, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and to return the products purchased on the following conditions:

The products are returned within 7 working days of delivery;
The products are not food produce and therefore with expiry dates. The company will reimburse the entire cost of the products on the condition that they have not been used or damaged and that they are accompanied with the relative documents of sale.

We will accept returns only if authorised by written confirmation.
Reimbursements will be made via the same payment method used for purchase and with 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

GUARANTEE AGAINST FAULTY GOODS

According to Italian law, the company is responsible for any faults or differences of the products offered on the website. This is a right of the consumer (physical individual, not acting for professional or business purposes) as long as the following conditions are respected: the product is not a food product and/or with an expiry date; the fault appears within 24 months of delivery of the product; the customer presents a formal complaint within 2 months of the date in which the fault was noticed; this complaint is communicated to us at: [email protected] If the problem or fault is confirmed, the company will either exchange or repair the product, reimburse part of the cost, or refund the full sum paid. The company will cover the costs of any faulty products.

If the parcel is refused or not picked up, all transport- and stockcosts are at the expense of the client.
